Faxes conveyor’s simplifies the work and increases the safety of woodhandling

Facts
The conveyors are made of sheet metal and they are driven by a worm gear in the upper part. This causes the engine to pull up the wood, resulting in greater reliability (no slip). Two strong galvanized support legs gives raising and lowering durability with high stability. The support legs are also connected with three galvanized stiffeners which stiffened up the conveyor further.
The power support could be 230V or three phase 400V. They could also be equipped with hydraulic motor.

Conveyors with bandwidth 200 comes with wheels in the upper part, but can also be eqipped with extra wheels in the lower part.

	Sections The conveyors are supplied in 2.5m sections which are screwed together with a galvanized plate. This gives all the Faxes conveyors a very stable and simple conctruction.		Operation The worm gear in the upper part of the conveyor helps to secure great reliability.
	Adjusting belt tension All conveyors are eqiupped with a belt tensioning device in the lower part.		Flanges All conveyors with 200 mm width have vulcanized flanges direct on the belt.
	Wheels All conveyor with 200 mm width could be equipped with extra wheels in the lower part.		Joining the belt On all conveyors the belt-ends are merged together with two galvanized sheet metal clips and a sprint.
